Higher Portfolio Diversification!
CFDs (contracts for difference) are contracts between two parties, a buyer and a seller, stipulating that the buyer will pay the seller the difference between the current price of an asset and the price they have at the time of termination, when the position is closed. So if the difference is positive, the buyer will receive the difference of the seller, however, if the difference is negative, the buyer must pay the difference to the seller.

Therefore CFDs are financial derivatives that allow investors to benefit from upward movements through positions in "long" or bearish movements through positions in "short" on a wide variety of financial assets.
